Scottish touches in the Telluride Mountains
Tamara and Andrew played upon the highlands with a rugged terrain of the Telluride mountains and Scottish-influenced touches. I love brides who give a nod to their heritage. Tamara carried a bouquet of peonies, ranunculus and chocolate Queen Anne’s lace. Andrew loved the idea of incorporating Scottish thistle into the mix. Combined with beautiful ribbon from Silk and Willow, I loved the way it turned out!
Coordinated by Polished Fun and captured beautifully by Tamara Grüner, the couple had an intimate church ceremony and followed with a live band at Telluride’s famous Sheridan Opera House. (It’s said that infamous celebs of 1912 and other notorious cowboys also danced in the space).
A timeless and joy-filled Colorado wedding is my favorite. I’m so glad we got to be a part of this new chapter for these two. Enjoy this gallery and I hope I get to design an intentional mountain wedding for you this season! -Kelly
